Just waiting for life to be brought back to it… Formerly operated as the Rex, Fitgers is looking for someone to help bring this space back to life. Looking for an operator with a more upscale vision. Space needs some updating, bathrooms, deck, paint, flooring, etc. however the LL would consider participation with a qualified tenant.
